These meditations were written originally for the team of a Brazilian Christian Conservation Organization called: A Rocha Brasil. They began in January of 2010 and have progressed weekly to date. Gradually the list of those who received the meditations via email grew to include other persons in Brazil interested in the relation of Christian Faith to conservation. Then I was encouraged to make these meditations available in English as well.

Who am I? My name is Tim Carriker, and I am acting as Chaplain for A Rocha Brasil.

I am also a co-worker of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) ministering in Brazil since 1977. Currently I am assigned to the Independent Presbyterian Church of Brazil as a missiologist, continuing education coordinator for pastors and writer of missiological materials and Sunday School lessons.
